La RED8-Educación Matemática y Formación de Profesores celebra los dias 23 y 24 de Enero de 2018 una Escuela de Doctorado en la Universidad de Alicante como un

“Espacio de comunicación desde diferentes perspectivas teóricas para enriquecer el debate y el intercambio entre investigadores en formación”.

Participan 8 grupos de investigación con investigadores de 10 universidades españolas.

El evento ha sido organizado por el Área de Conocimiento de Didáctica de las Matemáticas del Departamento de Innovación y Formación Didáctica.

Dentro del Programa Estatal de Fomento de la Investigación Científica y Técnica de Excelencia.

XVI Certamen Universitario Arquímedes de Introducción a la Investigación Científica

El Trabajo Fin de Máster de D. Juan Manuel González Forte  titulado “Resolución de tareas de comparación de fracciones por estudiantes de educación primaria y secundaria: el fenómeno natural number bias“, tutorizado por la Dra Ceneida Fernández del área de Didáctica de la Matemática del Departamento de Innovación y Formación Didáctica de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Alicante ha sido seleccionado como uno de los 25 mejores trabajos presentados recibiendo un ACCESIT.



This morning it has visited our department the writer of childish and juvenile literature Roberto Aliaga. It has given a workshop of animation reader in the asignatura CHILDISH SPANISH LITERATURE And JUVENILE And ANIMATION To THE READING, coordinated by the professor Ramón F. Llorens García.

Roberto Aliaga, settled in Alicante, is one of our more recognised authors. In 2017 it obtained the Prize SM Steamboat with his work How fix a wet book. In our asignaturas enjoy of many of his works. We can find more information in his blog


XVI University Contest Arquímedes of Introduction to the Scientific Investigation

To General Direction of University Politics (Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport) has summoned for the year 2017 the XVI University Contest Archimedes of Introduction to the Scientific Investigation, whose aim is to boost the incorporation of the university youngsters to the investigation by means of the granting of prizes to the best works.


The announcement is headed to students of degree and of master remaining excluded the following: those who have been finalists in previous editions of the contest, those who are cursando or have cursado previously educations of doctorate, those who cursen his second or back master and those who participate by studies of degree, engineering or architecture and have an equivalent previous degree or upper to these.


You award them they rise to 25 prizes in metallic, each one of them endowed with quantities that oscillate between 2.000 and 8.000 , 3 stays in centres of investigation of the CSIC of two weeks of length, 6 prizes of 2.000 for the professors tutors and several prizes of entities collaborators (Foundation ONCE and Foundation Win to the Cancer).


The interested in participating in the XVI Contest Archimedes, possess of term until the 15h of 11 September for the telematic presentation of the documentation required, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Department in the electronic direction in the corresponding section to Formalities and Services.

The 21st century is called to mean a turning point of consequences almost unpredictable in the world of the human communication.
